Location: Hybrid (Home, Office and Site work when necessary)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime and weekend work available)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to oversee geotechnical operations in the rail sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in conducting geotechnical investigations and managing site operations. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—engineering, environmental, and construction—to support rail infrastructure projects and help in the development of system and processes to achieve robust and consistent deliverables.

• Manage geotechnical investigations and site operations for rail projects.
• Lead and develop geotechnical teams to deliver high-quality safety-focused outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and construction teams to support project delivery and process development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
