M&E Site Manager (2 Days per Week)

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) for a project based in Edinburgh.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in managing mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate M&E site activities

• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

• Monitor progress and report on site performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager or similar role

• Strong background in mechanical and electrical installations

• SMSTS certification (essential)

• First Aid at Work certification (essential)

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities effectively
