Chartered Engineer - Bridge Structures

A leading UK engineering consultancy is looking for Chartered Civil Engineers to join their renowned Consulting Structures team across Scotland.

You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-impact infrastructure projects, including major trunk road and bridge schemes, with cumulative project values exceeding £1bn working alongside government agencies.

This role could be based anywhere in Scotland with access to offices across the country.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a civil design team

Deliver technically sound, compliant engineering solutions

Oversee work on large-scale transport infrastructure projects

Manage budgets, timelines, and health & safety standards.

What You’ll Need:

Strong civil/structural design experience at Senior Engineer level or higher

Chartered or Incorporated status (or on the pathway)

Deep knowledge of CDM, technical standards, and risk management

Confident in managing teams and client relationships
