This is a brand new opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial lifestyle organisation whose success is ongoing. Based ideally out of the Haddington office, you will be joining the digital team within the Marketing function. This represents a brilliant, developmental role for an ambitious graduate who wants to build their digital marketing career.

No two days are the same; the landscape is constantly changing, and we are looking for someone who think on their feet, move fast and tackle challenges and opportunities head on.

• Driving and develop the SEO strategy across technical, content and local search to grow visibility and organic acquisition.
• Using GA4 and other analytics tools to spot what’s working, what’s not, and turn insights into simple, actionable recommendations.
• Owning landing pages, UX improvements and CRO testing to help more customers choose the organisation.
• Get involved with email and CRM activity, creating targeted journeys that support sales and retention.
• Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen tracking, attribution and digital measurement.
• Keeping ahead of search and AI‑driven discovery trends to help shape how the organisation shows up online.

• Minimum 6 months hands on experience in digital marketing with confidence leading web and SEO performance.
• A degree in digital marketing or similar
• Experience working with CRM or marketing platforms would be ideal
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, well‑structured, user‑friendly digital journeys.
• Comfortable juggling multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.

It is ideal if you are able to travel to East Lothian, where the head office is based (parking available) although there is a possibility you will be able to work from the Edinburgh office after probation.

Salary c £25,000 + benefits / great career trajectory.
