We're looking for a Campaign Data Manager to join our Campaign Data Team in Tesco Insurance Money and Services.

You’ll build the data journeys behind our customer campaigns – designing audiences, creating segments, ensuring data quality and supporting targeted communications across our channels. Your work will help shape how we use data to make the customer experience simpler, more relevant and more helpful, while driving better outcomes for the business.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we move onto our new marketing platform. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of how we reach the right customer, through the right channel, at the right time.
You'll work most closely with our CRM and Product Marketing teams, while also collaborating with colleagues across Customer, Data & Analytics and Technology to deliver joined‑up, customer‑focused campaigns.

What you’ll be doing
  • Turning campaign briefs into clear, accurate data requirements that help us serve customers better.
  • Designing, building and validating audiences and segmentation.
  • Ensuring our customer data is used responsibly, with strong governance and compliance.
  • Managing data selections using our campaign delivery tool and data platform.
  • Keeping our processes clear and documented, supporting consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Technology and Data Engineering to improve the tools and data we rely on.
We need you to have
  • Experience in campaign data, CRM or marketing operation
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce)
  • A solid understanding of segmentation, targeting and customer data models
  • Strong SQL or other programming language experience working with large datasets
And if you have any of these, even better
  • Great communication skills – able to make the complex feel simple
  • High attention to detail and a drive to get things right first time
  • A collaborative approach, building strong relationships across teams
  • Curiosity and a desire to keep learning and exploring new ways of working

We don't expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, it's worth exploring to further develop your career here with us.

What’s in it for you
  • Prepare for your retirement with our colleague pension scheme.
  • Private Medical Insurance (WL2+) and virtual GP Service you and your family 365 days a year.
  • Critical Illness Insurance.
  • Performance related annual bonus.
  • Indulge in a generous holiday allowance with a minimum of 7.2 weeks, with the opportunity to buy more.
  • Embrace the benefits of our Colleague Clubcard, enjoy a 10% discount that increases to 15% every payday. As an added perk, we’ll give you a second card to share with someone else.
  • Benefit from our family‑oriented initiatives, encompassing enhanced maternity leave pay, a shared parental leave policy, and a generous 8‑week paid paternity leave.
