About the RoleTeam Leaders support the day to day delivery of our service, leading by example and engaging proactively to supporting both staff and students in order to create a structured, supportive environment where staff feel guided and individuals accessing the service feel valued and supported to achieve their goals.
This is a hands on role where you will act as the first point of contact for both Project Worker staff and the students who attend our workshops, providing guidance, support, and practical problem solving throughout the day. You will help maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere while ensuring the service operates smoothly and consistently.
Details- We have 2x positions available within our Edinburgh team across our services garet's House at Meadowbank, and Links House in Leith.
- Working hours are Full-time (37.5 hours per week):
Monday – Friday 08:30/09:00 – 16:30/17:00 - The advertised salary of £28,200 per annum is expected to come into effect following implementation of the updated salary framework.
- 37 days pro rata, inclusive of Upmo’s regular closure during Christmas/New Year period
