Head of Mathematics and Digital Literacy

Due to promotion, we are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher to lead our very successful Department of Mathematics and Digital Literacy from April .

The successful candidate will be required to teach Mathematics up to and including Advanced Higher, and to liaise closely with our Junior School team to ensure a seamless and progressive curriculum from 5-18. The successful candidate will be required to lead, co-ordinate and allocate the work of the Department, ensuring that the School’s Values are promoted, policies and procedures are followed, and to foster staff working in the Department.

They will also be expected to keep abreast of the latest developments in teaching and learning, curricular issues and debate, and to ensure that a vibrant extra-curricular programme is in place within the Department.
