Clinical Development Fellow – Inpatient General Adult Psychiatry – Royal Edinburgh Hospital

OverviewFull time (40 hours per week) post based in the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, available for 6 months starting February 2026. No oncall commitment.
Responsibilities- Join the medical team and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver inpatient care to people in Braids Ward.
- Attend rapid rundown each morning and organise activities for the day.
- Have weekly psychiatric supervision and clinical supervision of day‑to‑day work as part of the MDT.
- Participate in the local teaching programme, weekly case conference and dedicated Balint group.
- No educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and the post will not be recognised for training.
