Job Title CDM Principal Designer - Edinburgh Salary £35,000 - £45,000 Location Edinburgh Job Type Permanent | Full Time About the Role CDM Principal Designer - Edinburgh required for a dedicated CDM and Health and Safety role within the construction sector. Based in Edinburgh, this position suits a professional with at least three years post qualification experience delivering Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.

The role focuses purely on CDM leadership rather than design management, taking responsibility for compliance across a varied project portfolio. You will initially be office based before moving to a hybrid arrangement, supporting project teams and embedding best practice across the business.
