Responsibilities- Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authorities
- Provide appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process
- Provide CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on site
- Provide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team for brochure production and on site usage
- Experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within house building
- CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND
- AutoCAD literate and understand the construction process
- Understand technical detailing at all levels of housing design
- Competitive basic salary
