Role Overview :We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative travel professional to join our luxury operations team in Edinburgh. This role is the operations counterpart to our luxury planning team, ensuring that every high-end itinerary we design is flawlessly executed.
The ideal applicant would be someone who can keep pace and offer fresh ideas in an evolving and fast-growing business, and who thrives in an “all hands‑on deck” environment. Roles and Responsibilities:- Oversee the execution of high-end travel itineraries across Scotland, England, and Ireland, ensuring seamless logistics and top‑tier service.
- Serve as the operations contact for confirmed bookings, liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Work closely with the planning team to refine itineraries, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and secure the best luxury experiences for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key luxury hospitality and experience providers.
- Proactively resolve last‑minute changes or client requests with a calm and solutions‑driven approach.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in travel, hospitality, or event operations, ideally within luxury travel. - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the UK & Ireland’s luxury travel and hospitality landscape. - Detail‑Oriented: A keen eye for logistics, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Problem Solver:
Ability to think on your feet and manage last‑minute changes with grace. - Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Multi‑Tasker:
Capable of juggling multiple bookings, deadlines, and requests simultaneously. - Team Player:
Works collaboratively while taking full ownership of tasks. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable using booking systems, itineraries software, and comms tools
Salary:
Competitive, depending on experience.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with flexi‑time.
