Fantastic Opportunity to work in our clients Distillery based in the picturesque conservation village of Luss.

Luss is a village in Argyll and Bute, on the west bank of Loch Lomond. The village is within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Ben Lomond, the most southerly Munro, dominates the view north over the loch, and the Luss Hills rise to the west of the village.

Your Time at Work

Our client is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the development of a state‑of‑the‑art distillery and visitor centre in Luss, Dumbartonshire. It will be home to Ben Lomb Gin and the Loch Lomond Whisky Experience, offering guided tours, a discovery centre with tastings, premium food and drink, and a flagship retail space.

As a tour guide you will be the face of an amazing portfolio of brands and the new distillery and visitor centre. You will be pivotal in delivering exceptional, engaging, and educational experiences to all guests from immersive tours and tastings to retail interactions. You will bring the brands to life, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a memorable experience that reflects the adventurous spirit of Ben Lomb Gin.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in the following settings:

  • Tour Guide
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Tourism
  • Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills
  • Confident public speaker with a warm and engaging presence and passion for Scottish culture and tourism
  • Customer‑focused with a friendly and professional manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, visitor‑facing environment

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and events. Working hours between 9 am – 6 pm except for events where you may be required to work later.

Key Information and Benefits

Full training will be provided on our gin‑making process, tastings, and brand storytelling – with opportunities to gain experience within a leading Scottish spirits business.
