Customer Service Officer; Scottish Elections

Morgan Hunt is working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Customer Service Officer on a short-term contract in their Edinburgh office working on the upcoming Scottish Elections. The focus of the position is to respond to customer queries by phone, email and letter.

A strong interest in Politics / Scottish Elections would be a major advantage.

• Managing responses to to customer enquiries and provide useful information
• Work with colleagues to research appropriate responses to queries
• Log and monitor enquiries and maintain a database of responses
• Participating in opportunities to communicate within organisation wide meetings

• Willing to work flexibly with team members
• Ensure confidentiality is respected
• Comfortable making use of technology for tasks

• £21.33 per hour Umbrella
• Edinburgh office (Hybrid working)
• Contract until mid May 2026
