We are recruiting for a Customer Consultant to work at our multisite of Edinburgh and North Berwick Branches
. The role involves engaging with customers, providing information on our full savings range, products and services, listening to their circumstances, reviewing goals, and providing a straightforward, helpful service.
Our branches are the heart of local communities, but customers increasingly seek the flexibility to transact online and engage via our contact centre. In‑branch, we support customers face to face, virtually, and outbound. Whether promoting a new product or resolving a problem, we always place customers' needs at the centre.
As a Customer Consultant, you will be a listener, problem solver, and a fountain of knowledge to help customers achieve financial goals.
