About the Role

We are looking for an experienced client facing professional with proven and exceptional customer service skills to join our team. This is a challenging and stimulating position in the environmental sector, based in our Edinburgh office.

You must be a dynamic team player with the ability to communicate in a professional, timely, and effective manner with external and internal stakeholders. You will have a positive disposition, be self-motivated, and equally competent in both written and telephone communications to use bespoke systems.

Being reliable, and highly organised, you will enjoy working as part of the ‘communication hub’ within a high performing team.

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent, clear, and professional English language skills are required for this role.
  • Proven experience in client facing role (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload, effectively multi-tasking at pace.
  • Credible, confident, reliable, and resilient.
  • Proficient in use of Office
    365 and comfortable learning new systems.
