Customer Service Advisor

• Speaking to customers to organise their travel arrangements, using expert knowledge to find the best journey to suit their needs and budget.
• Sometimes arrangements need to be changed so we help with that too.
• Occasionally things just don’t go to plan, so we make every effort to help make things right.
• Dealing with situations and customers from all over the UK - there’s never a dull moment.
• Selling a wide range of transport products to help get the customer on the move.
• Working with colleagues in other departments to get the answers to customer questions and solve any travel problems they have.

• You will be working 09:00am until 17:00pm, 5 Days out of 7.

Hours: 38 hours per week with shifts between 09:00 & 17:00

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Contract:
Full time permanent position
