£13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay. Contract until 31st December 2025.

Hours:

Monday – Wednesday 8 am – 4:30 pm;
Thursday – Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm. Office based in Edinburgh. Starting ASAP.

We are looking for a personable, can‑do individual who can cope effectively under pressure, be patient, professional and adaptable.

• Manage the day‑to‑day processing of visa applications & renewals.
• Greet customers and support completion and checking of applications.
• Obtain biometric data and other required documentation.
• Follow an established filing and administration process guided by a computer‑based system.
• Engage with applicants and provide a positive service.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and assertively.

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
• Valid DBS certificate required; copy of the certificate must be provided.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
