Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (core hours 8am–6pm, with weekend and on-call flexibility)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end flight bookings, including confirmations, itineraries, and invoicing.
- Prepare tailored quotes and proposals for discerning clients.
- Liaise with global operators to negotiate competitive pricing and uphold service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate data on operators, airports, and handling agents using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Keep CRM systems updated and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Minimum 2 years’ travel industry experience and 3 years’ proven expert communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong geographical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus.
- Fluency in English essential; additional languages highly desirable.
- Competitive salary (£33,000 negotiable DOE).
