Do you get a buzz from offering customers a first class service, ensuring they leave wanting to tell their friends about their positive experience?

ESPC is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to welcome home buyers and all customers into our brand new Property Lounge in George Street, working with an established and friendly team.

We pride ourselves on our customer relationships. You’ll be making every visitor feel welcome, and will help point them in the right direction on their property journey. They may be a first time buyer, unsure of what they need to do first, or an investor looking to become a buy-to-let landlord, or perhaps someone who has not bought or sold a property in a long time, and would prefer to talk through the whole process with our Experts in person, rather than online.

You will effectively be the face of ESPC for all these people, finding out what they are looking for, and advising them of all the services we have to offer, via our extensive network of Solicitor Estate Agents, or our in-house Lettings team and Mortgage Advisers.

• Help coordinate regular consumer events including first time buyer events
• Contribute ideas for additional events in our new home and help run them
• Support solicitors’ estate agents via email when needed

• Confident, friendly self-starters with experience in customer-facing roles
• Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to show initiative and an eye for detail
• Previous experience in property would be beneficial but not essential
• Based in our George Street Property Lounge
• Full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday
• Competitive salary depending on experience; post-probation, eligible for an annual company bonus
