All or Nothing are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Producer to work closely with the Artistic Director as we move into our next phase of development as a Creative Scotland Multi Year Funded Organisation

The role offers an exciting opportunity to grow the company from project funded to core funded, the first aerial company within Scotland to do this. Encompassing work across all of our strands as well as overseeing the operational management of All or Nothing.

We have an exciting few years ahead developing and growing our creative work as well as our audiences and participants, and opportunities for aerial artists in Scotland including establishing Scotland’s first aerial performance ensemble.

The Executive Producer will work closely with the Artistic Director, on the generation, planning and delivery of the company programmes and overall operational management from short term projects to long term development and strategy. This role is ideal for a candidate who loves to work in a busy environment, bringing projects from their inception to fruition whilst ensuring the smooth running of the overall company.

Representing the organisation, we are seeking someone who is interested in nurturing existing relationships, building new partnerships and collaborations both in Scotland and further afield.

This is a permanent role, 0.8

We are based at Out of the Blue in Leith, with a small core team supported by a large pool of freelance staff and artists. It is a hybrid role, and we operate a flexible working policy where a suitable working pattern will be agreed.
