- Full ownership of interaction‑design projects, from concept through delivery.
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills, communicated clearly to internal customers and development teams.
- Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending improvements.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform the design process.
- Experience working in a complex landscape, preferably financial services.
- Collaborative approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ability to see designs through to delivery, ensuring specifications are met and inclusive for all users.
- Generous pension contribution up to 15%
- Annual performance‑related bonus
- Share schemes including free shares
- Discount‑shopping and other lifestyle‑adaptable benefits
- 30 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Well‑being initiatives and generous parental leave policies
We want our people to feel they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture. We’re disability confident and welcome applications from under‑represented groups, offering reasonable adjustments to recruitment processes where required.
Our focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.
