Chartered Building Surveyor

We are seeking to recruit a Chartered / Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join our busy Edinburgh team.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of the Edinburgh area would be beneficial but is not essential.

Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required. Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought‑after.

Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.

Ideally, 2 years post qualification.

The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a range of Technical Services clients in addition to supporting the wider development of the team across the UK.
