Freelance Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for ongoing small works projects within a university framework in the Edinburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity for consistent, long-term freelance work overseeing multiple live projects across a busy campus environment.

Role Overview :

* Managing multiple small works projects simultaneously

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme deadlines are met

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Liaising with client representatives within a live university environment

* Ensuring quality control and smooth project delivery

Requirements:

* Joinery background (essential)

* SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS Card (essential)

* First Aid at Work (essential)

* Proven experience managing small works or refurbishment projects

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Experience working in live environments (education sector preferred)
