As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and develop the estimating function, influencing bid strategy, building relationships with subcontractors, and delivering high-quality commercial submissions.

What you’ll do:

* Lead and manage the estimating process from enquiry to bid submission

* Drive accurate cost analysis, tender preparation, and commercial evaluations

* Collaborate with Project, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver competitive, winning bids

* Mentor and support junior estimators and growing team members

* Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and best practices

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in Tier 1 / Tier 2 contracting environments

* Strong technical and commercial understanding within construction or specialist trades

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and thrive in a supportive, small-team environment

* Ambitious, proactive and ready to take the next step in your career
