What you will be doing

• Leading complex professional services and project instructions

• Acting as a trusted adviser to private and commercial clients

• Mentoring and developing junior surveyors

• Taking ownership of workload, resourcing and delivery

• Playing a real role in shaping direction and growth

What we are looking for

• Chartered Building Surveyor

• Strong experience across surveys, dilaps, RCAs and projects

• Comfortable with travel and varied asset types

• Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on

• Collaborative leader who leads by example

Salary & benefits

• Associate salary up to £80,000 plus bonus

• Director package £75,000 to £90,000 base

• Bonus typically takes total package into six figures
• £8,000 car allowance at Director level
