The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and performance of improvement and maintenance contracts, ensuring safety and efficiency. Applicants should possess a formal qualification in Quantity Surveying, significant experience in procurement processes, and a record of delivering projects within agreed KPIs.
The position offers a permanent contract with a salary of £49,370 per annum over 35 hours per week.
