PT Renewables is partnered with a rapidly-expanding, B-Corp Consultancy who are expanding their Building Surveying capability.

We're on the lookout for talented surveyors who want to shape their own career while working with a leading national property consultancy.

Here, you won’t just deliver reports - you’ll shape strategy, own relationships and see projects through the full lifecycle.

You’ll gain real autonomy, build direct client relationships, and have opportunities to specialise across a wide range of commercial surveying disciplines - particularly Technical Due Diligence.

• Technical Due Diligence for major investors & institutions
• Contract Administration on refurb & redevelopment schemes
• Dilapidations, Pre-Acquisition Surveys & Building Pathology
• Broad commercial building surveying projects aligned to MRICS standards

• Degree in Building Surveying + MRICS Chartership in Building Surveying
• Strong TDD and report writing expertise
• Sharp commercial awareness & client-facing confidence
• Experience meeting fee targets and winning repeat work

• Salary up to £90,000
• Car allowance + fee-related bonus scheme - upwards of 20-25% of base salary
