Overview
Early Years Practitioner – St Mark's Early Learning and Childcare
St Mark's Early Learning and Childcare has a capacity of 110 children. The setting operates four playrooms (two Terrific 2's playrooms and two 3-5 playrooms). The post is a role within the nursery team. The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern between 07:45 and 18:00.

Salary and HoursSalary: £29,173 - £33,287 (pro-rata for sessional)

Hours:
36 per week, 39 weeks sessional
- Join our nursery team in the role of Early Years Practitioner.
- Work within a nursery environment with four playrooms (Terrific 2's and 3-5 age groups).
- Adhere to the shift pattern between 07:45 and 18:00.
- Significant, recent experience of working within a nursery environment and the skills to work alongside experienced practitioners.
- This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
- Preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
- If an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check is required.
- Offer of employment and commencement are subject to satisfactory outcomes of these pre-employment checks.
