Full‑time: 35 hours per week
Fixed‑term: 12‑month contract

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused and exceptionally organised individual to provide crucial administrative support across a variety of Executive Education activities. The primary focus of this role is on providing a high level of customer service and working with colleagues to ensure a consistently professional experience for all participants on our programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Support logistics for face‑to‑face and online programmes: venue, catering, travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, preparation of programme materials, and assist with delivery on the day.
  • Perform office organisation and inventory management tasks.
  • Support participant inductions, manage registration systems and facilitate online learning environments.
  • Administer psychometric assessments.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts.

This post is full‑time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non‑contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on‑campus working.
