The ideal candidate will assist in documenting processes, identifying gaps, and providing crucial reporting support for project and programme governance.

• Support data analysis for migration, reconciliation, and operational readiness.
• Assist in documenting processes and identifying gaps or risks.
• Provide reporting support for project and programme governance.
• Help coordinate stakeholder inputs across operations, IT, and suppliers.
• Contribute to risk and issue tracking within assigned work streams.
• Run data checks and support reconciliation activities.
• Prepare reporting packs for project meetings.
• Document process steps and support SOP updates.
• Track actions and dependencies for the project team.
• Support testing cycles and evidence gathering.

• Strong Excel and data‑handling skills.
• High attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Clear communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Ability to follow structured processes and governance requirements.

• Interest in pensions or financial services is beneficial.
• Experience in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and systems analysis.
• Skills in data analysis, change management, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Power BI and understanding of life insurance and pension domains.
