• Driving new business across corporate, social, charity and community markets, showcasing Easter Road as a leading events destination.
• Managing and growing a strong pipeline of conferences and events, delivering (and exceeding) monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handling inbound enquiries, creating tailored proposals, and hosting engaging stadium site visits that bring the venue to life.
• Working closely with Hibernian FC’s commercial and community teams to align event activity with club values and fan culture.
• Delivering exceptional service from first enquiry to final delivery, collaborating with operations and culinary teams for a seamless client journey.
• Representing Elior and Hibernian FC at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation visits, acting as a creative and professional brand ambassador.

Job

• Proven experience in event, venue, or hospitality sales, ideally gained in a stadium, hotel, or conference setting.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong organisational ability, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client needs with ease.
• Competence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales records.
