Overview

Senior Consultant Join our Strategy Consulting Team as a Senior Consultant, partnering with international clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia to deliver lasting change through smart revenue management. You’ll leverage your consulting and consumer goods experience to provide thought leadership and solve complex strategic issues. This role is pivotal in driving client success through pricing and promotion strategy, analytics, and change management.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for travel and professional growth. Your work will directly contribute to our clients’ business transformation and Infor’s mission to deliver industry-leading solutions.

• Leading consulting projects, including problem definition, requirements gathering, approach design, and solution recommendations.
• Analyzing client data to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Developing and presenting compelling proposals and selling stories to prospects.
• Driving internal efficiencies through new technology and innovative ways of working.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including upselling and new business development.
• Traveling across the UK and Europe to collaborate with top-tier clients.

• 5+ years’ experience in a data-driven or strategic consulting role, or in revenue management, sales, or finance for consumer brands.
• Proven track record managing complex consulting projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and planning skills; ability to balance competing priorities.
• Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior teams internally and externally.

• Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics.
• Experience with trade pricing structures and promotional effectiveness methodologies.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude.
• Experience driving change and challenging the status quo.
