The Scottish Golf Tourism Awards named us Best Tour Operator in 2023 and 2024. We are the leading provider of heli‑golf in the UK & Ireland, and we serve an A‑list clientele.
The position of Concierge Driver requires superb communication skills, an understanding of the luxury golf travel sector and a high level of flexibility throughout the golfing season (April – October). This role blends high‑level chauffeuring with industry‑leading service – ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable and memorable journey from arrival to departure. Ideally you would live in North‑East Fife or within a short commute of St Andrews.

Seasonal contract from April 1 – October 31, 2026.
A generous salary dependent upon skill‑set and experience (£27‑30k per year, pro‑rate) and the opportunity to increase this significantly via gratuities.
Variable working hours, which will often include early mornings, weekends, evenings and extended periods away from home.
A high level of training and support from a friendly team, reporting into our Operations Manager which will allow you to develop confidence ahead of the season.
Responsibilities- Establishing comms with the Group Leader pre‑arrival.
- Meeting & greeting clients at their arrival airport or hotel.
- Driving client groups (VIP small Mercedes Sprinter or Mercedes V‑Class) across Scotland, ensuring an industry‑leading level of customer service for 2‑4 Golfers Only
. - Maintaining comms with client groups via Phone/Text/Whats App/Connoisseur Golf App.
- Maintaining a superior standard of vehicle cleanliness, comfort and readiness at all times.
- Liaising with the office team to make itinerary modifications.
- Previous experience in the luxury golf/hotel/travel sector is preferred but not essential.
- Valid clean UK driving licence (preferably 0, but 3 points max).
- Strong knowledge of Scottish golf courses, airports, 5
* hotels, restaurants and regional points of interest. - A “can‑do” attitude coupled with an extremely high attention to detail and cleanliness.
- A strong geographical knowledge of Scotland.
- An advanced level of customer service.
- A keen knowledge of golf is a pre‑requisite, as is a strong awareness of the leading courses throughout the UK.
