• Acquire and manage international agreements with suppliers and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with KYM’s brand values and growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with luxury suppliers and manufacturers.
• Source premium and luxury products that reflect KYM’s identity and meet market demand.
• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to inform procurement strategies and secure exclusive opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favourable terms, and exclusive agreements.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Ensure all products meet KYM’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
• Support strategic growth initiatives through partnerships and product range expansion.
• Travel internationally during the buying season to develop and strengthen brand relationships.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury procurement or a related field.
• Proven record in sourcing and acquiring high-value luxury goods (including transactions exceeding £10 million).
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.

The annual base salary range for this role is £38,000 – £100,000
, depending on skills and experience. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.
