We are recruiting a Performance Process Lead to drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of performance management processes across a complex organisation.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure performance frameworks, reporting, and systems enable clear insight, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimise end-to-end performance management processes and frameworks
Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives using data and insight
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting in partnership with reporting specialists
Provide clear, actionable performance insights to senior leaders
Act as the key point of contact for performance process governance and change
Champion continuous improvement and support effective change adoption
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Workday Performance, including stakeholder training
Strong experience in performance management, process improvement, or operational excellence
Confident working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
Experienced in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable leading change and embedding new ways of working
Knowledge of Workday Performance or similar systems is desirable
