You will need to be comfortable with dealing with rejection and communication with customers and coaches daily. You’ll start by learning the essentials—sales, managing small teams, understanding client needs, and leading face‑to‑face campaigns. You’ll gain exposure to how business decisions are made, how teams are motivated, and how to deliver results in a professional setting.
