Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Scotland & North East England)

Salary: Depending on skills & experience, circa £40,000 to £45,000, plus commission plan of OTE £30K

Car: Company car – Volkswagen Tiguan (hybrid) with fuel card

Location: Scotland or North East based – ideally around Glasgow, Edinburgh or Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Remi Cachet, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of our professional portfolio across your region. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage a varied network of salons and professional stylists, nurture strong relationships and ensuring exceptional ongoing business support. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing brand presence, and using your industry insight to influence, inspire, and elevate customer engagement.

The role will also involve securing new business by strategically targeting prospective partners, showcasing our brands with confidence, and bringing influential professionals into the Remi Cachet community.

In this dynamic, customer-focused position, you will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts. You’ll utilise CRM tools to track performance, manage your pipeline, and support decision-making, while collaborating closely with internal teams to share insights that shape both regional and national strategy. Alongside driving sales, you’ll champion new product launches, feed market feedback into the NPD process, and work hand-in-hand with the Education team to promote classes and support events.

With a confident presence both in person and online, you’ll also harness social media to social sell, build relationships, and grow brand awareness.

About You
  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the hair industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a natural ability to connect with salon owners and professional stylists.
  • A proactive, strategic, and self‑motivated approach to identifying opportunities and driving new business.
  • Confidence in delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and attending events.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance, spot trends, and make data‑informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy diary, journey planning, and CRM systems effectively.
  • A social media–savvy mindset, comfortable using digital platforms to engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry and enthusiasm for representing a growing, innovative brand.
  • A full UK driving license.
