We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator who will be reporting to the Assistant Commercial Manager and will be responsible for contract administration within the Commercial Team.
As the Commercial Administrator, you will:- Provide general commercial support to the team, work to deadlines and liaise with supply chain on any invoicing/finance related queries.
- Submit client applications in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Review and approve material and subcontractor invoices.
- Liaise with Operations, Helpdesk, Engineers and other Commercial team members.
- Raise PO requisitions and raise receipts on Oracle.
- Administer the various accrual and prepayment schedules for month end CVR reporting of Revenue and Gross Income.
- Experience of working in an administration role in a Financial/Commercial environment.
- Experience of working directly with client representatives.
- Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, in particular be at an intermediate level.
- Good communication skills and organisational skills.
- Experience in FM industry would be beneficial.
