We are currently working with a well-established housing organisation who are looking to appoint a Property Admin Assistant to support their busy repairs team.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused.

You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs and maintenance services, ensuring works are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Raising and updating repair requests
• Scheduling works for operatives and contractors
• Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the wider property team with admin tasks

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident using IT systems
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• Customer-focused approach

Experience with in housing, property, or repairs is desired

• Supportive team environment
• Opportunity to develop within housing
• Stable, long-term role - you will be covering a maternity post
