We’re looking for…
A Finance & Administration Assistant to provide accurate, efficient support across our finance and office operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This a part‑time opportunity (25 hours per week) and will be based in our Edinburgh Hub.

You’ll need…

  • Previous experience in a finance and/or administrative role
  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Xero or Sage (desirable)

  • Professional, approachable and confident managing multiple priorities

In this role, you will…

  • Process purchase invoices and raise sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Support credit control
  • Provide cover for the Finance Manager when required
  • Manage incoming calls and company correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including consultants and suppliers
  • Monitor shared inboxes and support general office administration
