We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support a busy onsite project environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous onsite experience in construction, engineering, or power generation, who is comfortable managing workforce administration and site documentation.

• Processing and managing timesheets
• Completing SQEP checks and maintaining compliance records
• Booking personnel onto site and coordinating site inductions
• General document handling and maintenance of site records
• Managing offboarding activities when personnel finish on site
• Providing general administrative support to site and project teams

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar onsite admin role
• Onsite experience within construction, engineering, or power generation environments
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using standard office and document control systems
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced site setting
• CCNSG or Safety Passport held or to be obtained at own cost required
