We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and Sales leadership. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that executive and commercial operations run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive diary and email management for the MD and Sales Leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel (domestic and international), including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  • Track and follow up on key actions, deadlines, and priorities on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as the first point of contact when required.
  • Support with onboarding, communications, and internal processes across the sales function.
  • Handle ad hoc project work, reporting, and administration as required.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm and proactive approach.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
  • Confident using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Second language highly preferred - Romanian, Dutch or German.
