Facilities & Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Facilities & Operations Assistant to help keep Scottish Gas Murrayfield and our wider sites looking their best. As Facilities & Operations Assistant, you can expect to take the lead on coordinating various team duties across the stadium.

• Support daily operations across the stadium and other Scottish Rugby sites, helping ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with event preparation, setup, delivery, and post‑event turnaround to create exceptional experiences for all visitors.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to safe working practices by following health & safety procedures and supporting compliance activities.

• A positive, adaptable team player with great communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and is comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather.
• A problem‑solver with good judgement who can take initiative and support operational needs across a variety of tasks.
