- Maintain a high-quality office environment across your assigned locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors
- Deal with suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
- Oversee security alongside IT, building management and reception. Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
- Confidence managing suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
