Location: City of Edinburgh

** Office Manager
** This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in service delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
** What you’ll be doing:
** You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality office environments across your assigned FNZ locations, acting as the first point of contact for facilities, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Day to day, you’ll:
* Coordinate and manage assigned office locations in line with FNZ values and global standards
* Act as the first point of contact for office calls, meetings and visitors
* Manage office suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
* Oversee office security alongside IT, building management and reception teams
* Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
* Liaise with contractors on facilities and building issues, tracking actions through to completion
* Coordinate office moves, refurbishments and layout changes as required
* Manage meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and hospitality arrangements
* Support new starter onboarding and maintain up-to-date office manuals
* Manage office consumables, stationery and kitchen supplies
* Track month-on-month office spend and manage local office budgets
* Maintain office documentation on Share Point
* Support sustainability initiatives across FNZ offices
* Provide holiday cover within the Support Services team
* Support ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

* A professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
