Location: City of Edinburgh

Brightwork are recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join one of our clients at their site in Edinburgh City Centre on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑known organization and develop skills within their business.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the site, ensuring they are signed in and briefed on onsite rules and regulations.
  • Booking and facilitating meeting rooms for employees and guests.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, collecting and delivering to teams across the site, preparing items for posting and packaging.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database, inboxes and systems.
  • General ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence working with MS Office packages and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
