Meraki Talent are working with a Top 10 accountancy firm to appoint an Accounts Senior in their Business Services team.

The Opportunity A fast-growing, supportive accountancy and business advisory firm is looking for an Accounts Senior to join their team. This is a great opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, mentor junior team members, and take the next step in your career.

The Role

You will prepare complex annual statutory accounts, provide practical advice to clients, and support fee and timesheet processes. Mentoring junior staff and collaborating with colleagues will be key, alongside working autonomously and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts and offer best-practice recommendations
• Provide accounting support and advice to clients
• Mentor junior team members and answer day-to-day queries
• Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues
• Track time accurately and contribute to fee processes

About You

• ACCA / ACA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
• Previous public practice experience
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to develop
