• Navigation skills to read maps, locate addresses and navigate multi‑story buildings

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients and manage storage, walk‑in cooler and work area
• Prepare product including pizza and pizza dough
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Make correct monetary change
• Word, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Driving — Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Standing — Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking — For short distances and short durations.
• Lifting — Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck; may include up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'.
• Carrying — Large cans weigh up to 7 lb; large pizza sauce may weigh 30 lb; trays of pizza dough weigh approximately 12 lb per tray.
• Pushing — Trays placed on dollies may weigh 24–30 lb and require up to 7.5 lb of force to push.
• Climbing — Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping / Bending — Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station; may repeat continuously during the day.
• Crouching / Squatting — Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
• Reaching — Continuous reaching up, down, and forward.
• Hand Tasks — Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day.
