The Assistant Fitness Manager will support the personal training department and lead trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes while managing hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

• Assist the personal training department and team performance.
• Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be CPT‑certified.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
