Assistant Fitness Manager – Tru Fit Athletic Clubs
The Assistant Fitness Manager will support the personal training department and lead trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes while managing hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the personal training department and team performance.
- Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be CPT‑certified.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
